Transcripts

  • Capital High add high school credits to your transcript after grades have been posted.
  • All MMSD high school credits are added to the same MMSD transcript.
  • Unofficial high school transcripts may be available through our Counselor or your IC parent portal.

Please note that while Capital High adds Carnegie credits to student transcripts in the event that a student transfers to another school, however per MMSD Board Policy 3540, Capital High students meet graduation requirements via competency-based teaching and learning and portfolio defense. Graduation requirements include the mastery of CCSS core benchmarks for literacy, mathematics, and science through a competency-based teaching and learning model with equivalency to align to the Carnegie credit graduation requirements. Graduates will also demonstrate mastery of MMSD Graduate Vision competencies through a performance assessment model of portfolio defense.
