Principal's Corner
Dear Capital High Family,
My name is Victor Chukwudebe, and I am excited to introduce myself as the principal at Capital High School here in Madison, Wisconsin. I am honored to be a part of a team where success for all students is the only option.
I attended the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana where I continued my education with a master’s degree in educational leadership at the Springfield, Illinois location. I am currently in the process of completing an advanced degree to further assist with integral parts of education. This school year will mark my fifteenth year in education, where I’ve served in several positions such as math teacher, cultural dean, assistant principal, and principal.
I truly believe all students have the capacity to learn at a high level, and it is my goal to assure every student can do just that. I advocate teaching to the entire child while considering the challenges our students may face that may hinder their best educational outcomes. I am committed to working with not just our students but all stakeholders in order to create the best environment possible for the Capital High School community.
I look forward to serving the Capital High School community while measuring and displaying our successes as a family here in MMSD.
